Short Breaks Survey Part 2: what type of short break do you want?

Posted by

If you want to make sure the short break offer in Greenwich matches what you and your child wants, please complete our super-fast 2 minute survey. This follows on from the first survey which looked at the times you would like a break; this time we ask you questions about the type of short break that your child would enjoy.

Do you really need overnight respite, perhaps with medical support? Are you trying to find an after school provision and currently drawing a blank? Does your child have a hobby or interest that you would love them to pursue with support? Ideas we had for opportunities could include computer courses for teens with ASD and ‘Beauty and Pamper’ sessions for your daughter with a complex or profound disability. Tell us what you need on this survey. Give us your ideas or ask your child! Follow the link below to fill the survey in.

We have asked some questions again just so we can match survey results for the most accurate picture of needs. All your comments will be passed on to Royal Greenwich Children’s Services separately to survey results so we can ensure confidentiality. Please use this chance to tell commissioners what works for you!

If you would like a printed copy/ies for yourself or to pass on, please email us.
