    IPSEA has serious concerns about the new Code of Practice

    The charity Independent Parental Special Educational Advice (known as IPSEA) submitted its detailed response to the draft Special Educational Needs Regulations and Code of Practice in December. This response is useful to parents and carers who might have felt too daunted to read the Code of Practice in full .     GPV parent pioneers new technology for person-centred planning

    GPV member Sam Bergin Goncalves has completed production on a short film to showcase the use of ‘wiki’ websites as a tool for planning for disabled children at school. Sam and her son Shane worked with the Rix centre, a charity developing new technologies to support people with learning difficulties, to develop the first wiki of this kind in the UK.
