If you want to understand the latest guidance on how your local authority should be implementing the Reforms, read this document. It was published a few days ago and spells out in detail how local authorities and their partners including Health will want to phase the implementation of all aspects of the new law.

The document contains the most up-to-date time-lines for transition planning for those currently with statements, LDAs and School Action/ School Action Plus and the equivalent, and covers the age range 0-25 years.
