GPV parent voices on Radio 4 in May

A huge thank you to Clare Balding and producer Karen Gregor and all the great parents and walkers who came today on our GPV Ramble for Radio 4. It was the perfect Spring day, and the park could not have looked more splendid with blossom finally out, birdsong and blue skies above.

Parents spoke to Clare about living with a child with special needs, the many obstacles we face, as well as the joy and pride we feel in our children’s achievements.

We started the walk at Blackheath Gate and finished on One Tree Hill with the most wonderful panoramic view of the City of London and beyond. Tune in to listen to the show on Radio 4 ‘Ramblings’ on Thursday 21st May at 1502, repeated the following Saturday at 0607. The show can also be heard afterwards online on podcast. Date for the next walk coming soon!
