Join us at a special coffee morning and group discussion on the subject of ‘Accepting Disability’ at Bishop John Robinson primary school in Thamesmead this Thursday 30 June. Our guest is Joyce Brako-Amoafo, founder of Lewisham Parent Carer Forum. Joyce’s daughter was diagnosed with a disability at the age of two and a half.

She is passionate about educating community leaders, parents and carers to dispel the myths and isolation of disabled children and their families. We will be talking with Joyce about how we can support each other through our shared experience.

Also joining us: Specialist teacher from ASD Outreach Minna Anaukwu, who will give us more information about ASD outreach and how this service can support our children.

Starts: 9.30am until approximately 11.30am.
Hot drinks and cakes provided, free to come and no booking required.
Bishop John Robinson School, Hoveton Rd, London SE28 8LW
